Strategic Planning

I have a plan, but tend to under-achieve.

MFM says . . .

A very common situation. We want to achieve lots of things, very quickly because they are all important. Many tasks can not be accomplished alone. Create a list of what you would like to accomplish, assign names next to those tasks and then have each person put together a timeline necessary to accomplish each item. Periodically review the timeline. As you continue to work within this structure, your timelines will become more and more accurate.
