We are having trouble getting the work out on time. Employees are having to work overtime and would rather not. Product does not get to the next work station in a timely manner.

There are some key bottlenecks in the plant. Each bottleneck needs to be eliminated, one at a time. Some of the bottlenecks are due to limited equipment capacity and can be relieved with additional equipment. Other areas require some different systems to accommodate your increased growth.
