There is terrible congestion on the production floor.

MFM says . . .

Your volume has grown over time and you’ve added new equipment to meet your growing capacity requirements. This equipment wasn’t added with an overall flow of the product in mind, but was placed on the floor based on available space. It works well until additional volume begins to increase the congestion beyond practical capabilities. It’s probably time for a new plant layout.
