I want to establish a marketing strategy

MFM says . . .

First, set some sales goals. These goals need to establish the number of locations you are planning to have for the next year and even looking three years out. Then, determine the sales for each location. Sales projections include both pricing and piece count projections. The volume growth is a function of "natural" growth as well as created growth. Natural growth is a result of the natural development of the market place, housing, and changes in demographics. Created growth is a function of specific plans designed to draw people into the business. This is part of your marketing plan.
