HUMAN RESOURCES

I have trouble recruiting.

MFM says . . .

Recruiting employees is no longer a periodic job which comes into play whenever staff leaves. It has become a full time job involving multiple members of the organization and occurs on an ongoing basis. Supervisory staff must continually ask employees for referrals. Management must "shop" for staff in the community at every opportunity.
