Dave Phelps, P.E.

As principal engineer/owner of Covert Engineers, Inc. (CEI), Dave is resonsible for coordinating all efforts between Methods for Management and the final design work.

Having spent over 20 years in various engineering positions, Dave brings a hands-on approach to engineering designs and the appication of various processes. He continually challenges designs to assure that they are implemented to minimize operational anad maintenance problems.
